Hope of the Nations opened the 1st English Medium Pre-School in Kamala, just outside of Kigoma. Kamala village is one of the poorest areas in our region - which is why we targetd this area first. .
The school is free for all 44 students. 2 meals a day are provided along with 5 hours of the best education in Kigoma region. There are 4 National teachers that have been trained and certified. The children know their school is a safe place and a place they learn to respect themselves and others.

H of N schools are for the poorest of poor families and orphaned children. They would not receive any education if H of N did not provide a school in their village.
The next step is to start the 1st primary school. This will be a huge undertaking and it will change the lives of many children and their community.
