Kid's Club

Kid's Club is a safe place where street kids, orphans, and neighborhood children can come for a time of singing, playing fun games, Bible lessons, and some food.


This ministry allows otherwise forgotten and unloved children to experience the love of Jesus firsthand. The older children also have small group leaders who teach them from the Word of God and check up on them to see how their living conditions are. While filling their lives with Jesus, we also take this opportunity to fill their stomachs with a lunch as well!


As a reward for their hard work throughout the year, the kids at Kid’s Club can qualify for a scholarship to Kid’s Club Camp. Led by the Kid’s Club leaders and Hope of the Nations staff, the children spend 4 days camping by the shore of Lake Tanganyika learning, playing, worshiping, swimming, and of course, a lot of eating. Many of the kids come up to us with a surprised/excited look on their face and say, “I’m not hungry, I’m full!” – it is a very unusual feeling for most of them.
